Affidavit Paperwork for Tournament Teams June 17th & 18th

On June 17 & 18th at 7pm in Bergenfield, NJ at Company 2 Fire House located at 6 Home Place all paperwork will be checked for all tournament teams.

On June 17th - Paperwork will be checked for 9's, 10's and All Softball teams

On June 18th - Paperwork will be checked for 11's, 12's and Juniors

The paperwork for each team must be completed before we can sign off. In the "Tournament Information Page" on this site it explains what is needed from each player and team.
